I choose my motto today.

It is “Health is better than wealth.”

I think it is important for me to stay healthy.

나는 내가 건강을 유지하는 것이 중요하다고 생각한다.

So I will exercise at least thirty minutes every day.

그래서 나는 매일 적어도 30분씩 운동을 할 것이다.

I will also eat less fast food and snacks.

또한 나는 패스트푸드와 간식을 덜 먹을 것이다.

I hope to make my life better by following my motto.
