But it can also be good for our planet.
Plogging is a new type of exercise.
This word combines “jogging” and “plocka upp.”
Plogging is very simple.
You need a pair of gloves and a trash bag.
Then start jogging.
When you see trash, pick it up.
Then put it in your trash bag.
This exercise is more effective than just jogging.
Stopping and picking up trash makes you move more!
This helps you burn more calories!
If you love exercise and the environment, try plogging!
It keeps both humans and the earth healthy.
Do you think all superstitions are silly?
Well, some started for good reasons!
Take this superstition for example: you should never whistle in a theater.
A long time ago, theater backgrounds were large paintings.
Stagehands raised and lowered them with ropes.
To tell each other to pull or loosen the ropes, they whistled.
Whistles from the audience sometimes confused them!
The background could be dropped onto an actor.
Ouch!
아야!
These days stagehands use headsets.
Whistles don’t cause accidents any more.
However, the custom remains.
This is why you should not whistle at the theater.
