I said.

The penguin stared at me and then at the pool, like he was asking, “Ah! Is this where the fish come from?”

펭귄은 나를 쳐다본 다음 수영장을 바라봤는데, 마치 그는 “아! 이곳이 물고기가 사는 곳인가요?”라고 묻는 것 같았다.

Without further encouragement, he jumped in.

더 격려하지 않아도, 펭귄은 (물속으로) 뛰어들었다.

With a single movement of his wings, he flew like an arrow across the water and knocked into the wall on the opposite side.

날갯짓 한 번에 그는 물을 가로질러 화살처럼 날아 반대쪽 벽에 부딪혔다.

Luckily, he was not hurt!

I had never had the opportunity to study a penguin in the water before.
