At least one day before the performance: You can change dates or times (only for the same performance).

공연 하루 전날까지: 공연 날짜와 시간을 변경하실 수 있습니다. (같은 공연에 한함)

The day of the performance: No changes are allowed unless there are tickets still available.

공연 당일: 표가 아직 남아 있는 경우가 아니라면 변경하실 수 없습니다.

There is an additional penalty fee of 10% for each ticket changed.

변경된 각 표에 대해서는 10퍼센트의 추가 수수료가 있습니다.

At least one day before the performance (by 5 p.m.): 90% refund (10% commission fee)

공연 하루 전날까지 (오후 5시까지): 90퍼센트 환불 (수수료 10퍼센트)

At least one hour before the performance: 70% refund

공연 한 시간 전까지: 70퍼센트 환불

Less than one hour prior to the performance: No refund
