What happens to old books when their owners don’t want them anymore?

Sanitation workers in Ankara, Turkey, noticed this, so they began to rescue the books and bring them back to the sanitation department’s headquarters.

As their collection grew larger and larger, these kind-hearted workers decided to put the books to good use.

Working together, they created their own library.

Today, the library continues to expand.
