Taking part is quite simple.

Just be sure to wear a white T-shirt.

Then, as you pass through each zone of the five-kilometer race, powder of a different color will be thrown on you.

The race was first run in the American city of Phoenix in January of 2012.

Since then, it has taken place in many other cities around the world, including Seoul, South Korea.
