All entries must be submitted by November 1.

Each participant may submit one original character design that reflects the city’s image, values, or natural features.

각 참가자는 도시의 이미지, 가치 또는 자연적 특징을 반영하는 하나의 독창적인 캐릭터 디자인을 제출할 수 있습니다.

One grand-prize winner will be selected by a panel of professional designers and branding experts.

한 명의 대상 수상자는 전문 디자이너와 브랜딩 전문가로 구성된 심사단에 의해 선정됩니다.

Three special-prize winners will be chosen through an online public vote, which will take place from November 2 to 16.

세 명의 특별상 수상자는 온라인 공개 투표를 통해 선정되며, 이는 11월 2일부터 16일까지 진행됩니다.

The grand-prize winner will receive $5,000, and the winning design may be used in promotional materials for future festivals and tourism campaigns.

대상 수상자는 5,000달러를 받게 되며, 대상 수상 디자인은 향후 축제와 관광 캠페인을 위한 홍보 자료에 사용될 수 있습니다.

Each special-prize winner will receive $2,500.

각 특별상 수상자는 2,500달러를 받게 됩니다.
