On behalf of my colleagues here at Greenview University, I want to thank you for agreeing to speak at our annual symposium this November.

Since the symposium is rapidly approaching, I wanted to confirm a few arrangements.

As we previously discussed, you’ll be giving the keynote lecture and then leading a workshop.

There’s no need to prepare additional material for the workshop—it will be a question-and-answer session based on your lecture.

Both sessions are expected to last approximately one hour.

Also, as agreed, the school will be arranging your accommodations and meals.

If anything seems unclear, please don’t hesitate to email me.
