We’ve been tenants of your apartment for nearly 20 months.

저희는 거의 20개월간 당신의 아파트 세입자로 지내 왔습니다.

Our lease is ending soon, and we’ve been discussing whether or not to renew.

저희의 임대차 계약이 곧 끝날 것이고 저희는 갱신할지 말지를 논의해 왔습니다.

We really like the apartment, and the neighbors are great.

저희는 이 아파트를 정말 좋아하고, 이웃들도 훌륭합니다.

However, there are several improvements to the property that have still not been made, despite being promised in the lease.

하지만 임대차 계약서에 약속되어 있음에도 여전히 행해지지 않은 몇 가지 건물 개선 사항들이 있습니다.

Specifically, we were promised that you would replace the kitchen windows, paint the bathroom walls, and fix the broken ceiling fan.

We have decided that we won’t be renewing our lease unless these improvements are made in the next two months.
