On the drive home, Tilly said that Sai was being “antisocial.”

집으로 운전해서 가는 길에 Tilly는 Sai에게 그가 ‘반사회적인’ 상태라고 말했다.

Sai said he just didn’t like Tilly “interfering with everything.”

Sai는 Tilly가 ‘모든 것에 간섭하는 것’이 마음에 들지 않는 것뿐이라고 말했다.

Tilly suggested stopping at a gym for some boxing to deal with the “aggression” she sensed in him, but Sai drove straight on.

Tilly는 자신이 그에게서 감지한 ‘공격성’을 처리하기 위해 체육관에 들러 복싱을 좀 하도록 제안했지만, 그는 계속 그대로 운전을 했다.

He asked her to shut herself off.

그는 Tilly에게 작동을 끄라고 요청했다.

That evening Jenny invited Sai into her apartment.

그날 저녁 Jenny는 Sai를 자기 아파트에 초대했다.

She knew that Sai had turned Tilly off twice that day through his ShareAll record.

Jenny는 Sai가 그날 Tilly를 두 번 껐다는 것을 그의 ShareAll 기록을 통해 알고 있었다.

In her apartment, which she had managed to protect from cellular signals, Jenny explained how Tilly had made people stop questioning.

Her point was that under the control of Centillion’s algorithm, people were now made to just accept Tilly’s judgement.

그녀의 요점은 Centillion 알고리즘의 통제하에서 이제 사람들이 Tilly의 판단을 그저 받아들이게 되었다는 것이었다.

She and her underground group had developed a virus that could gradually terminate Tilly.

그녀와 그녀의 지하 단체는 점진적으로 Tilly를 종료시킬 수 있는 바이러스를 개발해 놓았다.

She eventually persuaded Sai to help them.

Jenny는 마침내 Sai가 그들을 돕도록 설득했다.

When Tilly woke him up next morning, Sai realized that she could turn herself back on if she judged that he ‘needed’ that.

다음 날 아침 Tilly가 그를 깨우자, Sai는 Tilly가 그가 ‘필요하다’고 판단하면 Tilly 스스로 다시 켜질 수 있다는 걸 알게 되었다.

Horrified, he thought, ‘Everything Jenny said was true.’

공포에 휩싸인 Sai는 ‘Jenny가 말한 모든 것이 사실이었어’라고 생각했다.
