The Mystery of the Empty Safe

텅 빈 금고의 미스터리

A rich old lady named Frigga lived in a big castle.

부유한 노부인 Frigga는 큰 성에 살고 있었어요.

She kept her giant diamond in a safe.

그녀는 거대한 다이아몬드를 금고에 보관하고 있었죠.

One day, she called me and said,

어느 날 그녀가 나에게 전화를 걸어 말했어요.

“Lily Holmes, my diamond is missing!

“Lily Holmes, 내 다이아몬드가 없어졌어요!

Please come and solve this mystery.

와서 이 미스터리를 해결해줘요.

You’re the best detective in town!”

당신은 마을 최고의 탐정이잖아요!”

I ran to her house.

나는 그녀의 집으로 달려갔어요.

When I arrived, Frigga showed me her room.

내가 도착하자, Frigga는 나에게 자신의 방을 보여 줬어요.

I quickly found some clues and made a note.

나는 빠르게 몇 가지 단서를 찾고 메모를 했어요.

The clues were a broken red fake nail, the smell of men’s soap in the air, and dirty footprints on her desk.
