Ants are social insects.

They live and work together in large colonies.

The queens lay eggs all their lives.

Drones, or male ants, mate with queen ants.

After mating, the drones die.

Worker ants do the most work for their colony.

일개미는 무리를 위해 대부분의 일을 해요.

All the worker ants are female.

일개미는 모두 암컷이에요.

They build and clean the nest.

They gather food and look after the queens, the eggs, and the young ants.

They also protect the colony.
