(G) These days, too many people are riding bikes in the park, so I can’t walk safely.

(G) 요즘 공원에서 자전거를 타는 사람들이 너무 많아서, 나는 안전하게 걸을 수가 없어.

(B) You’re right.

(B) 맞아.

I’m worried about safety in the park.

나도 공원에서의 안전이 걱정돼.

People may get hurt.

사람들이 다칠 수도 있잖아.

(G) We need to do something to make the park a safe place again.

(G) 우리는 공원을 다시 안전한 장소로 만들기 위해 뭔가 해야 해.

(B) I agree.

(B) 나도 동의해.

(B) The history test today was quite difficult for me.

(B) 오늘 역사 시험은 나에게 꽤 어려웠어.

What about you?

너는 어땠어?

(G) It was so difficult for me, too.

(G) 나도 너무 어려웠어.

I’m really worried about the test result.

시험 결과가 정말 걱정돼.

(B) Let’s not worry for now.

(B) 지금은 걱정하지 말자.

We have another test tomorrow.

내일 또 다른 시험이 있어.

(G) You’re right.

(G) 네 말이 맞네.

(G) I’m worried about my presentation next week.

(G) 나는 다음 주에 있는 발표가 걱정이야.

(B) You have worked on it for weeks.

(B) 너는 몇 주 동안 준비해 왔잖아.

Why are you so worried?

왜 그렇게 걱정돼?

(G) I don’t want to make a mistake in front of others.

(G) 다른 사람들 앞에서 실수하고 싶지 않아.

(B) Then, why don’t you practice in front of your family?

(B) 그럼 가족 앞에서 연습해 보는 건 어때?

I’m sure it will be helpful.

분명 도움이 될 거야.

(G) Okay, I will try.

(G) 알겠어, 시도해 볼게.

(G) I’m worried about my little brother John.

(G) 나는 내 동생 John이 걱정돼.

He plays video games all night.

그는 밤새도록 게임을 해.

(B) Oh, no.

(B) 오, 안 돼.

Is he getting enough sleep?

그가 충분히 잠을 자고 있어?

(G) No, he’s always tired during the day.

(G) 아니, 그는 항상 낮 동안 피곤해.

(B) You should talk to your mom.

(B) 엄마와 얘기해 봐.

I’m sure he will listen to her.

분명히 그는 엄마 말은 들을 거야.

(G) Yes, I think I should.

(G) 응, 그렇게 해야겠다.

(B) Chloe, you look worried.

(B) Chloe, 너 걱정하는 것 같아 보여.

I’m worried about walking home alone at night.

나는 밤에 혼자 집에 걸어가는 것이 걱정돼.

(B) Is it because of the bad news reports these days?

(B) 요즘 나쁜 뉴스 보도 때문이야?

(G) Yes, and I found some of the street lights don’t work.

(G) 응, 그리고 몇몇 가로등이 고장 난 걸 발견했어.

(B) Then, why don’t you use the app, “Safe Walk Home Service”?

(B) 그럼 ‘Safe Walk Home Service’ 앱을 사용하는 건 어때?

If you use it, a helper will come and walk home with you.

그걸 사용하면, 도우미가 와서 함께 집에 가 줄 거야.

(G) Oh, that sounds like a perfect idea.

(G) 오, 그거 정말 좋은 생각이다.

(B) You should also report the broken lights to the city.

(B) 고장 난 가로등도 시에 보고해야 해.

I’m sure they will fix them.
