When we visit museums, / we usually focus on the artwork.

Both help visitors appreciate the collection.

But their roles are a little different.

The word “docent” comes / from the Latin word docere, / which means “to teach.”

As you can tell from the name, / they are like teachers / in the museum.

So what do curators do?
