If you live in Berlin, it’s not a problem!

That’s because there is a vegetable garden inside the Metro supermarket.

Metro(메트로) 슈퍼마켓 안에 채소 정원이 있기 때문이다.

The garden looks like a supermarket refrigerator.

그 정원은 슈퍼마켓의 냉장고처럼 생겼다.

Inside it, plants grow in water instead of soil.

그 안에는 흙 대신 물속에서 식물들이 자란다.

The plants get oxygen and fertilizer from the water, and they get light from lamps.

식물들은 물에서 산소와 비료를 얻는다 그리고 그것들은 램프로부터 빛을 얻는다.

Shoppers like the garden because they can buy fresh vegetables even in winter.

쇼핑객들은 심지어 겨울에도 신선한 채소를 살 수 있기 때문에 그들은 그 정원을 좋아한다.

And the supermarket saves money because it doesn’t have to transport vegetables from far away.

그리고 슈퍼마켓은 채소를 먼 곳에서 운송해 오지 않아도 되기 때문에 돈을 절약한다.

It really is a great idea!
