Today, / I went to a hair salon / to get a haircut.

My last visit was over three months ago, / so my hair was too long and messy.

I asked the hairdresser / for a short hairstyle / that would look neat and tidy.

I put on a cape, / and he used scissors and a trimmer.

He worked quickly and carefully, / concentrating on every detail.

When he was done, / I looked in the mirror.

My hair was much shorter than before, / so I was a bit surprised at first.

내 머리가 전보다 훨씬 짧아져서, / 처음에는 조금 놀랐다.

But now, / I like it / because it looks clean and fresh.

Getting a haircut felt good, / and I'm glad I did it.
