Getting a Haircut

머리 자르기

Today, I went to a hair salon to get a haircut.

오늘 나는 머리를 자르러 미용실에 갔다.

My last visit was over three months ago, so my hair was too long and messy.

내가 마지막으로 방문한 것이 3개월이 넘어서, 내 머리는 너무 길고 지저분했다.

It was finally time to cut it.

드디어 그것을 자를 때가 되었다.

The hair salon was crowded, and when it was finally my turn, I sat in the chair.

그 미용실은 붐볐고, 드디어 내 차례가 되었을 때 나는 의자에 앉았다.

I asked the hairdresser for a short hairstyle that would look neat and tidy.

나는 미용사에게 깔끔하고 단정해 보이는 짧은 스타일을 부탁했다.

I put on a cape, and he used scissors and a trimmer.

나는 커트를 위한 가운을 입었고, 그는 가위와 머리 다듬는 기계를 사용했다.

He worked quickly and carefully, concentrating on every detail.

그는 빠르고 세심하게 작업했고, 모든 디테일에 집중했다.

When he was done, I looked in the mirror.

그가 마쳤을 때, 나는 거울을 보았다.

My hair was much shorter than before, so I was a bit surprised at first.

내 머리는 이전보다 훨씬 짧아서 나는 처음엔 조금 놀랐다.

But now, I like it because it looks clean and fresh.

그러나 지금은, 나는 깨끗하고 산뜻해 보여서 마음에 든다.

Getting a haircut felt good, and I’m glad I did it.

머리를 자르는 것은 기분이 좋았고, 나는 그것을 해서 기분이 좋다.

I think I’ll come back sooner next time.

나는 다음엔 좀 더 빨리 다시 오게 될 것 같다.
