This is because Seoul and London are in different time zones.

There are 24 time zones across the globe.

전 세계에는 24개의 시간대가 있다.

The Earth takes 24 hours to spin around once.

지구는 제자리에서 한 바퀴 도는 데 24시간이 걸린다.

So we divided the planet into 24 equal parts.

Each zone is one hour apart.

The time zones start at an imaginary line known as the Prime Meridian.
