There were once a brother and sister who only had one pair of shoes.

Since he was five, his mother brought him along to volunteer at homeless shelters.

He saw how many of the children at the shelters were barefoot or had broken, ill-fitting shoes.

Sadly, many children don’t get the same opportunities as other kids, just because they don’t have proper shoes.

Through his foundation, Lowinger wants to change that.
