Some people have easy access to internet services and technology and the ability to use them, while others do not.

일반적으로 기술에 익숙한 사람들에게 더 많은 기회가 주어진다.

On the other hand, people with limited access have fewer ways of communicating with others and fewer job options.

반면에 (기술에) 접근이 한정된 사람들은 다른 사람들과 의사소통할 방법이 더 적고 직업 선택지도 더 적다.

Also, with the increase in online education, those who lack internet resources are often unable to develop their skills.

또한, 온라인 교육의 증가로, 인터넷 자원이 부족한 사람들은 종종 그들의 능력을 발전시키지 못한다.

Obviously, technology has become a more important part of the world.

분명히, 기술은 세상의 더 중요한 부분이 되었다.

So, improved government policies and educational programs will be necessary to solve this issue.

그러므로, 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 개선된 정부 정책들과 교육 프로그램들이 필요할 것이다.
